*AUTOMATIC DELIVERIES: Automatic deliveries are full fills each time, based off of system calculations and your usage. Things that may impact the scheduled delivery date: having more people in the house using heat/hot water, changes to units, replacement or deletion of units, etc. Payment is due upon delivery. If we do not receive a check payment within 7 days of delivery, the card on file will be charged. Prices are COD daily price listed on our website, subject to change.

*PAYMENT TERMS: Oil is a C.O.D business and therefore payment is expected upon delivery. C.O.D. rate applies to ALL C.O.D. deliveries. Customers may receive E-mail Billing per request. In the event of nonpayment, customers shall pay reasonable costs of collection, including but not limited to $30.00 collection fees, attorney fees, court costs and marshal costs. Customer shall incur a $30.00 charge for each returned check, and a $50.00 charge for each check returned because of a stop payment order. Postdated checks will not be accepted. Interest of 1.5% per month, 18% APR is due on all unpaid balances after 30 Days.

*TANKS/OIL LINES: Premier Energy Co. assumes NO responsibility or liability of any kind for the condition of the existing tank and oil lines. The customer is the owner of the tank/oil lines and shall retain all responsibility and liability for environmental damages caused by any leaks from the existing tank or oil line, and agrees to indemnify and hold Premier Energy Co. harmless from any and all damages and liability arising from or caused by such leak. Premier Energy Co. WILL NOT deliver heating oil to any property without a properly working vent whistle. Premier Energy LLC is not liable for any issues with vent piping, the heating system, oil tank or fill pipes.

* NEW CUSTOMERS - New customers will need to add a credit card in order to complete the set up of the account. For a fill tank oil delivery, there will be a 125 gallon minimum deposit to secure delivery. If the delivery takes more than that, the remainder will be charged once the ticket comes back for the day and is processed. If the delivery is less than that amount, there will be a credit remaining on the account for future oil deliveries. If it is a set gallon amount, that amount will be charged by the cost of oil for the day delivered.
