Automatic Delivery Program

Automatic delivery uses estimated fuel consumption, weather conditions, and other household factors to help schedule deliveries before your tank runs low.

Budget Plan

Qualifying automatic-delivery customers can spread estimated annual heating costs into more predictable monthly payments.

Customer Loyalty Program

Eligible customers earn a larger per-gallon discount as their years on automatic delivery increase, up to the program maximum.

Senior & Service Personnel Discount

Qualified senior citizens and service personnel receive an additional two-cent-per-gallon discount within the loyalty schedule.

New Automatic-Delivery Incentives

New automatic-delivery customers receive a five-cent discount on their first delivery and a complimentary lottery scratch ticket with each delivery.

Premier Energy estimates when your home will need fuel using consumption history, outside temperatures, hot-water use, and other factors that can affect demand. Deliveries are then scheduled automatically.

BUDGET PLAN

Turn Seasonal Heating Costs into Monthly Payments

Customers who remain on automatic delivery for the heating season may qualify for the Premier Energy Budget Plan. The plan estimates annual heating costs and divides them across the available months of the season.

Estimated gallons are based on anticipated seasonal use
The estimated total is divided into monthly payments
Payments are due on the first of each month
Late enrollment is divided across the remaining months
Overpayments may be refunded or rolled into a new plan
Any remaining balance is due at the June 30 season reconciliation

CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM

The Longer You Stay, the More You Save

Premier Energy customers on automatic delivery and in good standing can earn an additional one-cent-per-gallon discount after each completed year, up to a maximum ten-cent discount.

Eligibility

Customers must participate in automatic delivery and keep their Premier Energy account in good standing.

Annual Renewal Savings

After the first completed year, each automatic-delivery renewal adds one cent per gallon until the ten-cent maximum is reached.
